Our price list is estimated on a standard property size and to be used as a guide only.
We will provide you with the correct price upon receiving a quotation request & seeing your property. 

We may ask for photos of your property via WhatsApp to provide a faster quote.

Our minimum charge for window cleaning is £10.

Our minimum charge for gutter cleaning is £30

Our minimum charge for conservatory roof cleaning is £30.

Our minimum charge for window cleaning is £10.

The price includes the cleaning of glass, window frames, sills & doors.

Our prices stay the same for both monthly or bi-monthly window cleans.

Any window cleans longer than 8 weeks are priced differently.

Conservatory windows are included within the window cleaning price, but the conservatory roof is not included in the window cleaning price.

Velux windows are included within the window cleaning price, however they can’t always be cleaned effectivity due to the angle, height & lack of downward pressure.

There is always a one-off charge for every first clean.

The reason for this is the first cleans takes additional time as it’s a deeper clean than a standard monthly or bi-monthly maintenance clean.

This will not be charged again unless it has been more than 3 months from a previous clean done by ourselves.

You should also expect the possibility of some spotting to occur on the windows after a first clean, this is due to extra dirt sitting on the frames, vents & the breakdown of the window frames & rubbers.

Even after rinsing some dirt may run down the window after a thorough clean.

We accept payment by either cash, card or bank transfer.

We do not accept cheques.

We kindly ask for any first clean window cleans to be paid on the day of the clean.

Window cleans after the first clean MUST be paid within 28 days.

If we have cleaned your property and there are two cleans outstanding, we will not return until the outstanding amount has been paid.

After every clean we leave you with one of our cards, which will have the amount you owe and the following window cleaning date.

All payment details are provided on this card on every clean.

If cards are lost, then please contact us, we are happy to send you a message with the details on.

We aim to maintain the highest quality of work if for some reason you are unhappy with the service, please get in contact with us within 24 hours of your clean & we will arrange to come back free of charge to rectify any issues as we guarantee all our work.

If you contact us after the 24-hour period, we may not be able to come back & charges may still apply.

If you wish to cancel your window cleaning service at any time then please contact us to let us know.

If for some reason we cannot attend your window cleaning appointment we endeavour to let you know as soon as possible & re-arrange another date.

(Please make sure we have all your up-to-date contact details for us to do so)

Please note we try & provide a reliable service, we make space & time on our schedule to clean your windows.

If you cancel on the day, we are not able to replace your clean with another.

If you wish to cancel an upcoming window clean please let us know at least 24 hours before the clean.

We clean all year round and can do so in most conditions. 
Rain will not affect our work and will not postpone any cleaning services.
Please be understanding to our limitations. 
We are experienced in determining whether weather conditions are appropriate for cleaning.
 

We use purified de ionised water which we ourselves produce through a five stage filtration system.

When we arrive at your property the water is pumped from our van to hoses & up the telescopic pole to a height which we can clean up to 70ft.

We then scrub all your window frames, sills, glass & doors.

Sometimes extra cleaning chemicals are required if your frames or glass are heavily engrained.

We ensure to use eco friendly cleaning chemicals.

We then do a final rinse to ensure that the last thing to touch the glass is our purified water, which will leave a streak free clean.

We no longer use ladders to clean windows.

We will try to access your property safely, but if gates are locked & we cannot access the rear of your property safely then a front only clean will be done.

We do not climb over gates.

We do not share or discuss any of our customers information with any individual or company.

All customer information is kept on a confidential database.

As under terms & conditions of the data protection act.
